TNDOFITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE
We have free classes included in membership , SPIN/BOXERCISE/KETTLEBELLS/TRX
Monday to Thursday at 7pm – to book please leave your membership card number at reception.
- All classes must be pre-booked as some classes have limited spaces.
- Classes must be booked by 5pm daily and your key card / member number used.
- If you can’t make a class you booked in for, please try to advise of your cancellation.
