What is the minimum age for members?
-The minimum age is 16. If you are 16-18 you are required to get your parent / Guardian to sign a consent form on our minor membership form.
How do I get my key card if I’ve joined online?
-We have allocated times for pick up at the gym reception. Monday – Friday 11am – 2:30pm & 3:30pm – 7pm.
Are there lockers available?
-Yes we have lockers available on the gym floor and inside the shower/changing rooms.
Do you provide corporate rates?
-Yes, for corporate rates please email [email protected] for more information.
What do I do if I lose my card?
-If you lose/break your card there is a €10 replacement fee.
Do you accept foreign bank details?
-We can accept most BIC & IBAN’s in the EU providing your iban meets our joining requirement of being 22 digits long. If not 6 & 3 month plans are available.
Can I cancel my membership?
-Yes. There is no one month option on direct debits. Minimum requirement is 3 months.
TNDO requires min 28days cancellation notice prior to the 1st of the following debit you wish to be stopped, failure to do so will result in standard charges. Please contact us at [email protected]
